The regular dermapen needles aren't anti-backflow type in the market, the liquid, serum or blood is easy flow back into the pen and needle tips after first treatment. so that client needs to change the needle tips after treatment in one areas and sterilize the pen permanently even at home used. it's not only increase the cost of client, but also has risk of infection.
In order to solve this problems, OstarBeauty create the first anti-backflow injection derma pen OB-DL 01 on 2016 and led injectin dermapen OBB-DL 02 on 2018. anti-backflow dermapen needle solve this problems permanently.
But in the market, most people and clinic prefer the regular dermapen much more and there isn't any supplier manufacture regular anti-backflow type dermapen needles in China till now. OstarBeauty is the earlier manufacturer for microneedling derma roller and derma pen in China.From 2020, most customers looking anti-flow derma pen needle cartridges for microneedle derma pen, but few supplier manufacture it in China.
From 2016, OstarBeauty manufactured OB-DJ 01 and OB-DJ 02 anti-flow injection derma pen and needle tips. but most of our old model derma pen isn't anti-flow type. so we created new model derma pen and needle cartridges in new technology and make patent from 2020.Difficult of anti-flow needle cartridge :1: It's not a easy thing to develop new anti-flow needle cartridge. we found the it's hardly to make the unibody anti-flow needle cartridges because our regular needle cartridge is too much smaller, so that it can't compose the 3d design of smaller unibody anti-flow needle cartridge in the computer. In that case, we only invest and create new mould for the bigger needle cartridge in anti-flow type.2: Because the needle cartridge is bigger than our regular derma pen, so that it doesn't fit any of our derma pen.
Then we will invest and create new mould derma pen with bigger connector which fits the new anti-flow needle cartridges.
